چکیده
LCV: leukocytoclastic vasculitis INTRODUCTION Leukocytoclastic vasculitis (LCV) is a small-vessel vasculitis that presents with palpable purpura, most often on the lower extremities. The most common identified triggers of LCVare infection or exposure to a new medication. However, in many cases, a cause cannot be identified. We present a patient who had LCV during the fall season of 2 consecutive years. A cause could not be identified at the time of the initial presentation. However, upon recurrence 1 year later, it was discovered that both episodes occurred 11 days after influenza vaccination.

Henoch–Schönlein purpura in a renal transplant recipient with prior IgA nephropathy following influenza vaccination
Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) is a systemic small-vessel leucocytoclastic vasculitis with deposition of immune complexes containing Immunoglobulin A (IgA). IgA Nephropathy (IgAN) is a glomerulonephritis caused by mesangial deposition of IgA. The onset of HSP, but not IgAN, has been linked to influenza vaccination. We report the first case of HSP with glomerular involvement, in a renal transpla...

متن کاملMPO-ANCA associated vasculitis with mononeuritis multiplex following influenza vaccination

Case report We describe the case of a 67-year ...
